The partners of AGENT are :

• University of Edinburgh (UK),
• University of Zurich (Switzerland).

The team of AGENT is composed of a mix of researchers, developers and users and the project builds on past collaborations and visits among the partners as well as:

• experience in research and production of a national mapping agency,
• the know-how of a developer of an advanced Geographical Information System (GIS) that utilizes active object oriented database technology,
• and the expertise in cartography, topological modelling and multi-agent techniques of three renown research teams.
